Welcome from Knife and Knead! Most of these delicious breads we make are made with a homemade sourdough starter that’s almost 2 years old. Homemade bread is different than store bought bread, at its core it’s only 4 ingredients: flour, water, salt, and yeast.
Up front we’ll be focusing on the Knead side of the house. We’ll be opening the store a few times before the upcoming holiday season. Rolls, sourdough loaves, breakfast breads, chocolate bread, and cookies will all be available for purchase!
Over time, we’ll be adding mobile food cart (Knife) using these our breads as a base for some wonderful food options.
Our breads take time to bake along with the limited space we have we’ll be limiting the number of sales for each item, all orders are first come, first served.
